Some people do, or sometimes it's done in a way where the focus of the joke is more on the pain/inconvenience a character is experiencing rather than grossing out the viewer, and those cases tend to be a bit less polarizing. But this does not seem like one of those cases, judging from the thumbnail. Plus, my experience with videos of a similar-looking style is that they tend to get a bit uncomfortable or disturbing, which, again, isn't for everyone.
