DRY1994
As most of us know, Jon Burton is the founder of Traveller's Tales, now known as TT Games. Other than founder, the only official title I've seen attributed to Jon Burton in regards to a position at TT Games is creative consultant. There are two others listed as being key people at TT Games: studio manager David Philip Dootson, and company director Tom Stone. So who has more legitimate power? ("Legitimate power is power you derive from your formal position or office held in the organization's hierarchy of authority.") Obviously Jon Burton still holds enough power to give creative input to slip Biblical Easter eggs into the games, but how much influence does he still have over executive decisions whether that power be legitimate or not? lol username
The dude wrote the overall story for LEGO Dimensions and IIRC called some shots/pulled some strings to get certain IPs in it, so... a fair bit. DRY1994
