Pollywanna
I vaguely recall there being a tool out there that was able to read the TTGames .dat format and replace files within, but I have no idea what or where it is. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?
dsdude123
I wouldn't recommend TT Games Explorer as for it has been dead for quite some time now. The only tool I would recommend for doing this is by using QuickBMS with the TT Games script: http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm Unfortunately with both of these tools, you can only replace files with files of the same name and of equal to or less than the size of the original file. I have started research on developing a tool to create archives from scratch but haven't made much progress due to time constraints. (although if someone wants to lend a hand with the effort maybe we can work something out).
