Windows 10 Screen is... cut up?

I'm  not sure if this is the proper place to post, and if it is I apologize.

I used this forum before to get rock raiders running on my previous windows 10 computer no problem.

However, on my current laptop the screen ends up looking like this when I get into a mission:

I haven't been able to find a thread with a similar issue thus far. If one already exists can someone please point me to it.

I have tried many different compatibility setting combinations and parameters on the .exe to no avail.

Safe mode didn't help either.

That looks like the transparency has gone completely kaput and refuses to re-load (if that makes any sense).

 

I take it you're running in Windowed Mode...? :S Other than that, I'm really not sure what's going on. Your card isn't AMD so that's not the problem...
