For whatever reason, this file simply named "DBUG" appeared in the installation folder. Its (apparently ANSI) contents are as follows:

I don't know if it actually affects anything (mostly because I'm unsure of what it would even do,) but here it is anyway.

Well that was interesting! Just by taking a look at it, I can say with no doubt that it has to do with the max and min distance at which the sound is played. *waits to be proven wrong* :P I don't really understand what those values refer to. If it's distance expressed in miles or meters, then something is wrong.

A couple days ago, a DBUG file appeared in my installation folder too. Mine has a different content:

Out of memory mallocing:-32 bytes

And that's weird. I wonder why that happens. Also, have you got a file named L3CODECP.ACM inside the music folder? I found it today.

 

Does anyone know where the code of the game is located?
