Aaaaand that the Resident Racers Expert has been focusing on making tools for LR2 now instead of LR. But for those that don't do LR2, that is most likely the case. But for those that don't do LR2, that is most likely the case. been focusing on: a) LR2 and LR3 (Drome Racers) since they run on basically the same engine b) Actually having a full-time job. Not a great excuse for the lack of modding, since his binary file editor is pretty much all we need.
