"characters2" - LEGOLAND Character sketches + Renders

A comparison between the character concept sketches and their final models. I wanted to archive this because, honestly, I really love the style of the sketches! I know the designs don't 100% fit the minifig style/template, but they look soo unique and, frankly, very adorable (some of the designs give me vibes of those old official illustrated LEGO comics where the minifigs are more human-like). Kind-of a shame the game got the final character designs it got, but oh well, changes had to be made for brand recognition/to adapt to what the LEGO wanted, I presume.
