Retirement

I did it... I finely retired my old rock raiders disc. I got it 5-9 years ago, and I once almost gave it away, but it still works good. yet, today I uninstalled my game and switched it out for a extra rr I got for my last birthday. Now my old CD lays next to me... as if finally reaching it's goal. to be completed, and to spend the next years, waiting... waiting until it needs to be called on again.... I posted this to let you be reminded of all the things you have completed.

First sdl game

I JUST SAVED A MOTHS LIFE

Well, I was waiting to go to school, and walked over to my dog. I noted on a beam there was a small brown dot. I looked it more closely and.... it was a moth. the same moth I accidentally let in 2 days ago so it got a paper cup, and some paper. and WHAM!!! I had trapped him in the cup. I could feel his/her tiny body ramming ageist the cups walls. I slipped the paper under the cup and slowly lifted it off the wall/beam thing. NEW MODEM!

I just got a new actiontec modem. The down speed is 1.26 (or is it 10.26? I don't remember) mb/s (old motorolla junk one was 125 kb/s or so.) I love it, has port forwarding...lol...No more internet lagging. Plus i get the full value out of what we pay the isp.

Orr and random stuff

The military's testing planes here in ca near where i live...But i cant see a single one since there are a bunch of tall trees here where i live...I can here their noise though, and they sound awesome. Alright, anonymouse has made the new title screen, i'm working on the button stuff... I'm also rethinking the way the game will work and the map systems... Stay tuned for more updates as they happen. for now, all you have to look at is this pic:

Well...Updates

Ya, so, my first entry. I'll start with stating... I'm working on openrr. Did a basic engine that supports drawing many different file formats, and added 2 transparency types, one for built in transparency, and the other is for non built in transparancy, ex, bmp. Working on mod directory also. Adding tags for all the mods in the search function. I renamed it to find. A bunch of random programming stuff... I am learning dx, opengl, sdl, allegro, freeglut, glut, a few
