Landed on adventure island overhead map (using hex editor)

I managed to change a value with a hex editor on LEGO ISLAND 2.exe that stops the game from teleporting you to the next section after landing in the Adventure Island overhead map. So now you can land there. But now I have an issue of not being able to get out the Helicopter or Pterodactyl after I land it, and only the Pterodactyl can fly again after landing it.  If anyone knows any way round this, that would be great.

Here is the value i changed:

Fluffy Cupcake

I've gotten this far when I disabled warping via Cheat Engine, unfortunately the changing of Pepper's state to be permitted to walk is where I got stuck too. Do you recall how in buildings some of Pepper's abilities like jump pizza and skateboard have some or all those states disabled? What if that's happening here with movement included? I have no confirmation but it is one theory.

Yes I was thinking it could be that too, or my other guess is that the helipad isn't programmed in the same way as the others, since it expects a teleport to the next part usually.
