Can be found in GAME DATA\GRAPHICS\CARS\TEXTURES\TECHNIC OFF ROAD\COLOUR_1, and GAME DATA\GRAPHICS\CARS\TEXTURES\CHASSIS too (along with a couple other metal textures, PI_ATDTD2_3_METAL.PC TEXTURE and PI_ATDTD2_5_METAL.PC TEXTURE, which are partial textures for The Behemoth dragster (they cover only parts of the vehicle, while in the final textures the whole vehicle just uses one texture).
