Eventually, yes. But not in the near future. Expect a program to be written at the point the knowledge about custom track creating is stable, complete, and shared.

Hi, I'm new here. I downloaded the Lego Racers track zip file and extracted it, but I have no idea where to place it and how to get the game to read the track. Are all tracks compressed in the Lego.jam file in some foreign format? Do I have to replace any files, and if so which one(s)? Thanks for your time.

You need to put the files you extracted into the GAMEDATA\TEST folder. To get this folder, you need to extract the LEGO.JAM file.

This may help if you have the 1999 version of the game. You won't need to repack the JAM.

It worked thanks! :D

I have the 1999 version. Is there any *gameplay* difference between it and the 2001 version?

Supposedly, the physics slightly changed. There are also some changes to other things.

Thanks a lot! I'll keep the 1999 version just because it is easier to modify, as the differences are extremely minor. :)
