Just like the rest of the modern video games, I think that LEGO Undercover should have it´s own section on the forum for potential discussion and modding.

Did you REALLY have to make a Topic about this?

Couldn't you have just made a Profile Feed or maybe send a PM to the Mods?

I already sent a message to jammester roughly 35 hours ago, but no answer from him at the time of this writing.

I believe the reason behind it not having a subforum yet is because not one topic has yet been made in regards to modding it, thus no need, and also the game never came to PC, and here at RRU we don't really mod console games.

@Ben24 Oh, no I haven´t sent a message to the Adminstrators.

@ Xiron Why is that so? Shouldn´t the discs be able to be readable with somekind of hardware? EDIT: Oh, but technically hasn´t some TT Game console games already been modded in RRU?

Running a console game on a emulator does not make it a PC game. Also, it requires downloading a bunch of software to rip it to your computer [downloading a copy that isn't yours even though you own the game yourself isnt legal] to even get the files extracted, as well as test it (I know, I've been through the process). I doubt many will want to go through this.

And for those games that hasn´t been able to be modded so far, such as Soccer Mania or the Creator game. What do you think causes this stop in modification for those games?

LEGO Undercover's files (at least half of them, including a lot of character data, world map, dialogue and other configs) are actually inside The LEGO Movie Video Game's data files, meaning the engine versions are probably very close, and so there is a very slim chance that you could maybe port the game to PC with little difficulty. Modding the console version is impossible for now, though, since there's no way to pack/repack a Nintendo digital disc with modded content. You'd also have to extract the original game disc first, and that's extremely difficult.

Soccer Mania hasn't been looked at, and the Creator games were looked at briefly but people moved on to other things. The simple fact of the matter is that the demand is not there as of right now.

I think that subforums are only made when enough topics are created about a particular subject. For example, while it is possible to make custom 3D models for LEGO Racers, there's only one topic about it (plus Sluicer's research threads) so it doesn't warrant having its own "Custom #" subforum yet.
