The tool generates random sentences with random words in order to receive a very bad sentence. I translated the German words into english ones, the grammar may not be perfect. (I also don't if it's correct that I'm naming it wisdom generator?) I made an applet on my website, you can generate some wisdoms here: http://noneatme.de/wordpress/weisheiten-generator-2/ (You MAYBE need to update your security settings, the applet is not certified) The source code is available here: https://github.com/Noneatme/WisdomGenerator/tree/master If you don't want to run the applet, you can download the .JAR file by yourself and launch it using java -jar <filename>.jar.
