Well I finally had time to start working on this, i've been wanting to do it for a while but never had the free time to do it. So far I have level 1 complete, and the little ledge on the side is a reference to a joke later on in the Novel.

 

The Windowless building is a structure from the Light Novel, A Certain Magical Index, hidden deep within Academy City.

 

 

 

Yes, I'm going to build down further, I just wanted to get the basic layout first.

I will be putting those in once I get to that point, first comes the structure though It's possible that it might be a shading effect though.

Here's an update on the Windowless Building. I've extended the bottom, and started on the upward line section.
