Assuming you aren't talking about the Jimbob from another dimension. Yes. See the yellow on the bottom right side of the image? Good. Those are the hands. I think part of the problem is the lack of neck, and for hair not his proper hairstyle, and quite possibly the shape of the head in general. Edit: Bing! Arm color fixed.
