A smoky gray Kaukau? Are you rich or what? :P Does that even EXIST or did you just bleach a normal one? :P (I have a shiny gray Kaukau, but it isn't transparent)

The arms and hands deserve special praise. They're elegantly constructed, and the hands.... That's the first time I've ever seen a model in which the hands are connected to something, rather than the shoulders. Speaking of shoulders, his shoulders have a nice little accent with that green shield there.

I honestly cannot find one thing that I dislike with the model. The colour scheme is glorious, the torso is far from plain, and although the feet are two pieces they're good two pieces.

I salute you, sir.

I got the tansparent-black Kaukau in a bulk lot of masks. It was one of the original 98 Kanohi masks available through mask packs. It definitely isn't one of the rarest.

I don't know what you mean by they're not connected to the shoulders. :P But thank you.

I mean that the actual fingers - the minifigure arms - are connected to the model by their (the minifgure limb) hands, rather than at the shoulder joint. It's a very novel idea and has worked out marvellously, to say the least.

Come to think of it, it's the only time I've ever seen minifigure arms without a minifigure torso.

Ah, you meant that. It's actually a common technique, but the exo-force robot arms are used more prominently as fingers.

This model is glorious. Great job. Everything fits together in a way or the other, even the pieces that might seem unifitting or unusual just contribute to make the model more special. You also did well in mixing the BIONICLE bricks with the classic pieces, it was a nice touch, and makes me think for some reason that this character isn't really from the BIONICLE universe, but extraneous, which is awesome. :P

The colour scheme is fantastic. That weird body colour is very original to say the least.

This MOC was an attempt at creating a more unified MOC than what I usually build, and I wanted to try and use unique pieces in the build. I like to incorporate system bits as greebles, but it's difficult.
