Look at those barriers. :P Someone is very clearly drunk, high, stupid, or all three at once.

EDIT: this topic may be five years old or more but that's still no excuse for broken images

RockRaiderWolf

Lol or the ground there is just WAY unstable. however even if that were the case I suppose they would still have to be

drunk, high, stupid, or all three at once.
to be in such a place. :P

  • 3 months later...

Barry the barrier placer is drunk on sammich.

Someone has a decent sammich supply at their base... you should see mine, I starve my raiders :af:

This could should be one of Arthuriel's comic's.

I second the motion!

So, if the sandwiches are grape jelly based, and temperature and stuff are right, you could very well get alcoholic sandwiches with psychoactive effects.

Nobody's used those member tags which tell a person he's been mentioned.

Arthuriel! Your services are required! l405G.jpg

This is an Ice Map: it'd probably freeze. Actually, that'd make sense: sandwiches aren't liquid.

THE BROWN "BREAD" ON THE SANDWICHES IS ACTUALLY A FORM OF BEER

l405G.jpg

(How do the RR's and Support Stations get their sandwiches anyway? Does the Support Station mass produce them? And how come raiders can store two lasers, infinite Sonic Blasters, a drill, a shovel, AND infinite sandwiches in their pockets?)

Moments later, the Rock Raider goes on a rampage, covering the area in barriers.

I thought the sandwhich bread was whiter, though.  That'd suggest a form of vodka, possibly with whiskey or beer-based crusts.

It is... I always thought something in it was brown, though.

Of course, it could just be solidified drugs or something. Most of them are said to be white. l405G.jpg

depends, some of those are brown or grey.

It could also be explosives, as they often come in white or brown.  This could also explain some of the strange behavior :P

Let the RRU Barrier Meme begin;

I... I would "like" that but "You have reached your quota of positive votes for the day." I won't forget, don't you worry l405G.jpg

I know have this image of a barrier Rock Raider eating a Barrier sandwich. At the same time, a barrier Rock Monster is throwing a barrier boulder towards the Support Station. At the same building, a barrier Slimy Slug is draining the barrier Crystals. l405G.jpg

EDIT: Never saw Nog's reply.

BREAKING NEWS: ROCK RAIDERS USE SANDWICHES TO BLOW UP WALLS l405G.jpg

EDIT: I never noticed that I'd said "Rock Raiders use DYNAMITE to blow up walls." *facepalm*

EAT MY-- barrier!

:mdr: Another hilarious comic.

You know, Ben, you need to make a topic somewhere where you just stuff all your RR doodles. l405G.jpg I'm serious though. You really should.

*facepalm* I'm an idiot.

Are barriers destroyable? Can they be destroyed?

WATCH THIS SPACE l405G.jpg

EDIT: Nope, they aren't, not even with DynamiteMaxDamage set to 9001. Mind you, that's probably because there's no Crumble activity in the .ae. I'll add one, how about that? l405G.jpg

Crumbling barricades!

I'm having a bit of trouble on this. The .cfg said that what barriers are hardcoded, ok, but it should still be possible to add a Crumble animation? That doesn't kill them... (I'm killing them with Nuclear Dynamite FYI)

Despite their level of dumbness, their sandwich technology and pocket technology are far more advanced than ours. Their sandwiches are like our beer.

Their sandwiches are like our beer.

So they cause accidents when eating and driving, want to be outlawed by some, are always a focus of the police force... yep, seems about right. l405G.jpg

Also, noghiri and I theorised that their suspiciously white colour comes from some drugs, making them explosive. l405G.jpg So "dynamite" is just a sandwich with food (?) colouring. l405G.jpg

Either drugs or possibly a white variant of Composition 4 (C4 can vary in colour from white to red-brown depending on the binder used)

Considering they can take TNT on water vehicles while drunk on sandwich, this isn't far from the truth. But then, they usually kill themselves after placing the TNT so no police is really needed for these guys.

It's self-solving stupidity!

TNT is a brown colour, too, and can cause brain damage (as well as spleen enlargement and liver failure).
