Two weeks ago I've made the Ultra Fast Tunnel Speeder (UF Tunnel Speeder) for Rock Raiders II The Block Raiders. Maybe the developers can use thi MOC as inspiration for the game.

The Rock Raiders use this speeder for fast movement trough Small caves which large vehicles can't reach.

At the backside of the speeder is a radar dish attached for scanning the environment.

The chassis of the speeder is made of two Technic parts which hold together by the turqoise seat.

Shadowblaze

Ooh, nice. I like the shape of it and the background is awesome. :P The only bad thing is that it's a bit monochrome, take the gray part for example. Also, the seat doesn't appear to be really that comfortable. ;P

It's quite long. Not that that's a bad thing, mind you. I particularly like the tail, and the little side bits.

The rest of it is really great. I literally cannot find one bad thing with this model. I don't quite see what Shadowblaze is saying about it being monochromatic; it looks fine to me. Not 'fine,' actually, 'great.' Also, a good use of a stand to make it hover.

CirevamLOOK AT THIS TOPIC AND PULL OUT YOUR RUSTY COPY OF LIGHTWAVE PLEASE :P

Would it be possible to remodel the grey parts on the top so that they could hold a couple of crystals?

Thanks for the nice compliments :)

That's a good idea to make a kind of crystal holder. I think it must be possible to get the holder at the back of the speeder.

:o

That's not just one abomination, but two! Right next to each other! D: Heeeeelp! :P

I think it must be possible to get the holder at the back of the speeder.

Personally I'd say no, not at the back, because it has a nice back and it's also quite thin. I was more thinking directly behind the seat.

Wait: is there a yellow 2x1x1 on the bottom? Because if there is, you could swap it our for the same piece that had two holes in, and then you could put 'studs' on the holes. Those TECHNIC parts? These ones?

From previous experience, it is possible to jam two crystals next to each other (actually, and fill up an entire baseplate with them); you just need to have them on the right rotation.

If I'm blind that yellow 2x1x1 doesn't exist, you could try inserting a grey 2x2x1 with two holes just before the grey sloped piece with a hole in it... if that makes any more sense.

I was wrong, I mean the same, Crystal holder behind the seat :)  maybe soon I can rebuild the grey part behind the seat and add the crystal holder.
