That's rather impressive how accurate it is. I didn't know it would be possible to re-create the interior.
Are you going to make the other floors too?

Welcome! Velcommen, konichiwa, aloha! How ya doin? Yo! And in any language, welcome to LEGO Island the Information Center!

I can't help but correct this...
"Hello! Hola, velkommen/willkommen, bienvenue, konichiwa... Aloha! How you doing? Yo! And in any language, welcome to LEGO Island!"

EDIT: Wait a second... Do I spy Nubby, Papa and friends?

Oh man, that is so cool!

The SCAW CUBE seems to be a little small, but maybe that's just seeing it in comparison to everything else...

And the door - you might be able to find a door piece in grey... but those types are more commonly in brown... or black... but not grey... wow, I'm using so many '...'s... wow such ... very pause *gets shoved off by June* :P

I actually only now realised that it was that tall. I thought it was smaller... How does it fit in the island? The model which you walk up to seems a lot smaller than this...

Every building on the island is a TARDIS and/or magic and/or powered by imagination.

Excellent work. You did a great job getting the stuff that couldn't be built from bricks back in 1997 (the floor, the desk, etc...). I'm excited to see the finished piece.

I currently have no plans to build the upstairs, however it is a challenge I'd like to tackle at some point. My major hesitation is that if the second floor were positioned around the elevator, the alignment would be off-centered.

EDIT: I just noticed it technically cannot be upstairs since there are no stairs. Go figure.

You do indeed! I'll upload some images featuring them in the final model.

It is not physically feasible for the interior and exterior to coexist as the same model; they were built at two radically different scales. The interior itself has discontinuities, if you have studied and compared the different sides of the building as much as I have. I have concluded this is because the Infomaniac is either a Time Lord or a spy for the Mealstorm.

Not only that, but the second floor is underwater when the first is above ground. LEGO Island is just a kid friendly form of LSD.

LEGO Island clearly needs better safety regulations. After all, they have no fire station, the only fire trucks are busy dealing with giant pizzas below the island, and the only have Doctor Clickitt and Return and Enter

It would seem you need some 3963's in yellow, found in sets 7937 and 6478. The yellow speaker things...
