I've just got the motherboard and CPU on my computer replaced yesterday. Since I haven't already, I might as well install Windows 7. So my father did.

Now, Windows 7 just is a problem to work with programs. Though I am an administrator, it will not let programs access their required files. Yes, Spring is on its knees, Firefox is bare, the list just goes on. Any Windows 7 geeks out there to help?
