My modding so far:
1) Used Baz's Mod, the most recent 1.5 version, as a basis (it's far superior to the regular game in my opinion)
2) Turned ceiling textures black so that there is no clear indication, aside from camera scrolling, of map extent in any given direction
3) Blended tops of walls with black roof to look more polished
4) Replaced the water textures, which are unique for each of the several biomes
5) Modified the lava texture
6) Disabl
The Constitution was a document intended, in large part, to limit the federal government from expanding its powers and, in doing so, avoiding the same kind of tyranny that had led to the American War for Independence. Based on observations of government's natural tendency to expand its own power, the Founders imposed limits on the federal government which were to ensure that the States and people within the States retained their own self-government and liberty.

The above was my response to a conversation over this image. I am frustrated, clearly, with the apathy towards political issues that really aren't even that difficult to get the gist of and that affect us profoundly. The American People have neglected their duty to maintain vigilance, and as a result, our inalienable rights of liberty suffer. I don't think it's time to give up on liberty - I don't even think we've really had it yet.
Really, Physics Textbook?
A short one.
I was reading a high-school physics textbook recently, and I stumbled upon a lovely section on magnetism and another on the planets' magnetic fields, right next to each other. I find it amusing.
In one section:
-Electric currents cause magnetic fields.
