I have to admit, I can't exactly figure out what you're trying to say with that video.

Honestly, I agree with you about that. I am not happy how this turned out, and I normally don't share anything I'm not satisfied with. however, I made an exception for this because I would like some feedback on what I could improve.

I think the big problem was the actual joke. I mean, I don't understand Megaman, so I probably missed it, but I think that was the biggest falling out for me.

To explain the whole Reploid and Maverick thing, Reploids are robots with extremely advanced AI programing. In other words, they're fully 100% sentient and indistinguishable from a human aside from appearance. Mavericks are Reploids that have been infected by a virus that disables their morality subroutines. This is all covered in the Megaman X games.

Reploid PhoenyX is supposed to be a Reploid based on my personality, though more like a copy than an author avatar. Maverick PhoenyX is, if you believe what he says, an alternate reality version of Reploid PhoenyX, or just a copy of Reploid PhoenyX if you don't, that was infected with the Maverick Virus (also, he's red).

With that explained, the joke should be a little more obvious, but even then I admit I did a poor job of building it up. I was trying to reference the Liar's Paradox used in Portal 2 in a failed attempt to disable Wheatly, and how I highly doubt that paradoxes would really have that kind of effect on an AI. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough space to build up to it or point the reader in the right direction.

If I make another test comic, I'll probably try something more generic.
